CHALLENGE
With the initiative of the United Nations Agency for International Project Development, we provided guidance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Argentina in researching and analyzing new technical and functional specifications for the reengineering of the internal communication system. We identified user needs and designed innovative solutions.
NEEDS
To modernize the relevant internal management system for the diplomatic body of the country in its foreign representations.
IMPACT
Through a forward-looking modernization proposal, we successfully directed the communication process between embassies towards a more agile and efficient approach. We supported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs staff in adapting to the change for a successful transition. Lastly, we accurately documented the project to redesign the platform and optimize its organization, processing, safeguarding, and information migration.
